Sun Coast Partners Commercial Announces New Leland Office for Chesapeake Homes
Sun Coast Partners Commercial is pleased to announce that Chesapeake Homes has officially relocated its Wilmington-area division office to Magnolia Village, located at 1022 Grandiflora Drive, Suites 110 and 160, Leland, North Carolina. The move, which took effect on October 1, 2025, reflects Chesapeake Homes’ continued commitment to growing its presence in southeastern North Carolina and remaining closely connected to the communities it serves.
“This lease represents a strong alignment between Chesapeake Homes’ values and Magnolia Village’s vision,” said Allan Fox, Vice President at Sun Coast Partners Commercial, who represented Chesapeake Homes in the transaction. “The new office provides Chesapeake with convenient access to neighborhoods throughout the Cape Fear region while offering high visibility and accessibility in one of Leland’s premier mixed-use developments.”
According to Ron Barnello, Division Manager for Chesapeake Homes in Wilmington, the relocation was a strategic decision focused on proximity and connection. “We chose to relocate into this new space so we could be closer to the communities we serve,” Barnello said. “This move allows us to stay more connected, accessible, and responsive to the people and neighborhoods that are at the heart of what we do.”
The new Magnolia Village office will enhance operations, improve collaboration, and support Chesapeake Homes’ ongoing growth in the region. “Being closer to the field will streamline daily activities and strengthen team collaboration,” Barnello added. “It also creates opportunities to bring on additional team members as we expand and continue enhancing the services we provide to our communities.”
