Biography
Nikki Morarie joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in 2022 and supports the team in several key areas, including property management, research, and front desk operations. As a Property Management Assistant, she helps coordinate day-to-day activities across the firm’s managed portfolio—scheduling maintenance, organizing tenant and vendor communications, and ensuring that property records are up to date and compliant.
In her research role, Nikki gathers and compiles market data to assist the brokerage team with leasing, marketing, and investment strategies. She also serves as the firm’s receptionist, drawing on her background in customer service and business banking to ensure smooth communication and a welcoming office environment. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset help maintain a professional and efficient office environment for clients, vendors, and colleagues alike.
Originally from northern Virginia, Nikki has called Wilmington home since 2006. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their two goofy pit bull-chihuahua mixes, Higgins and Theodora. She also shares a love for DIY home renovation with their rescue cat, Zuko, who oversees every project from start to finish.
