Biography
Kari Wilkinson is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience spanning residential and commercial real estate. After earning her degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, she entered the residential real estate industry in 2004, taking on a variety of administrative roles that provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process from start to finish. During this time, Kari earned her North Carolina Real Estate Broker license and spent more than six years specializing in residential property management and bookkeeping.
In 2016, Kari transitioned solely into commercial real estate, where she currently serves as the company’s Accounting Manager. She oversees all accounting functions and manages brokerage as well as property management accounts, playing a key role in the company’s operations. Known for her strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and time-oriented approach, she consistently delivers results while maintaining effective communication with property owners, tenants, and vendors. Her problem-solving skills and attention to timelines ensure smooth coordination across departments, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and responsive service.
As a partner in the firm since 2024, Kari brings strategic insight and operational leadership to the company’s continued growth. She plays an active role in high-level decision-making, team development, and long-term planning, while continuing to support day-to-day functions through her deep expertise in accounting and client relations. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to excellence, collaboration, and the overall success of the organization.
