Biography
Hannah Carty joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in the fall of 2021 as a member of the Property Management Accounting Division. A North Carolina native, Hannah has spent much of her life visiting Wilmington and officially made the move to the area in 2020. She quickly embraced the coastal lifestyle and enjoys all that living near the beach has to offer.
Hannah earned her degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2019. With over six years of experience in residential property management, she decided to transition into the commercial real estate sector. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys staying active—whether it’s walking on the beach with her husband, playing sports, or spending time with their two beloved (and very spoiled) dogs.
