Biography
With over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dana serves as Broker Administrator at Sun Coast Partners Commercial. She plays a key role in supporting brokerage operations, specializing in transaction coordination, client relations, and ensuring smooth, efficient deal execution from listing to closing.
Dana previously served as Broker-in-Charge of a local firm, where she expanded her expertise in commercial brokerage operations. Her background also includes working with a real estate group focused on investment properties, where she developed strong skills in market analysis and client service.
An active leader in the industry, Dana has served on the RCASENC Board of Directors and as Chair of the MLS Committee, reflecting her dedication to advancing the commercial real estate community.
Originally from Roxboro, North Carolina, Dana earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University. She relocated to Wilmington in 2005 and remains actively involved in the community. She lives locally with her husband, Brad, and their daughter, Bentley.
