Biography
Carrie is an experienced Office Manager with over 24 years of experience in real estate, including the last 15+ years dedicated to commercial real estate. A Wilmington native, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and heart to her role—overseeing daily operations while providing essential marketing, research, and administrative support to the brokerage team.
Carrie is known as the “office mom,” the go-to fixer of everything, and the in-house therapist—titles she wears with pride. Her caring demeanor, extreme patience, and background in psychology make her a trusted resource and a steady presence in a fast-paced environment. Her passion for computers and technology has given her the opportunity to provide the company with IT support, including the implementation and management of software programs to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
In 2016, Carrie was honored as the Office Contributor of the Year for her outstanding impact on sales and marketing production, recruitment, and retention, and for being a mentor and leader to her colleagues. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from East Carolina University. A Wilmington native, Carrie is also a foster mom for the National Brittany Rescue & Adoption Network and serves as president of her neighborhood’s HOA—reflecting her deep commitment to both animals and her local community.
