Biography
Tyler joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in early 2007 and helped co-found The CRESS Group in 2012. He has won multiple Circle of Distinction awards, and his team has achieved Broker of the Year status consistently over the last several years. Because of his continually outstanding sales performance, Tyler earned Vice President status in 2011 and then Senior Vice President in 2023. His commitment to Sun Coast Partners Commercial led him to become a company partner in 2024.
Tyler graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the Cameron School of Business. He holds a real estate license in both North and South Carolina and has served as a Board Member on the REALTORS® Foundation of the Cape Fear REALTORS® Association, Wilmington Downtown, Inc., and The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, both as Director and Treasurer. Tyler is a resident of downtown Wilmington where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
