Biography
Robbie Harley joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in 2025 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, where he focuses on helping owners, investors, and business leaders identify properties that align with their goals and the continued growth of the Wilmington market. Having grown up around commercial real estate through his father and grandfather’s careers, he brings an early and practical understanding of the business—from marketing properties to accompanying his dad on property tours and client meetings.
A Wilmington native, Robbie attended Cape Fear Academy and New Hanover High School before heading west to Colorado State University. He graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources, concentrating in Tourism, and a Business minor. His academic background gives him a strong foundation in how land, tourism, and economic development interact, while his time away from home helped him build the self-reliance and confidence required in a commission-based, entrepreneurial field.
Robbie is committed to building lasting relationships with clients and staying engaged in the outdoor and coastal lifestyle that makes the region unique. While in Colorado, he worked as a seasonal fly-fishing guide, an experience that refined his patience, communication skills, and ability to connect with people from all over the country and the world. In his free time, he enjoys fishing whenever possible, playing golf, going to the gym, spending time on the water, and being with friends, family, and his cat, Moochie.
