Biography
Mason has been a Commercial Broker with Sun Coast Partners since 2018, assisting clients in finding suitable properties to support their business objectives. He also works closely with property owners to effectively market their assets, evaluate market value, and determine the highest and best use of a property. Throughout each transaction, Mason provides expert guidance on pricing, negotiations, contracts, and the successful transfer of ownership. With a client-focused approach and a thorough understanding of market conditions, he is committed to delivering a seamless and successful real estate experience.
He works closely with a senior broker/partner, Don Harley, and together they’ve been awarded Circle of Distinction and Broker of the Month on several occasions. Mason is a native to North Carolina and moved to Wilmington before attending UNCW and subsequently graduating with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He also stays involved in the community through several organizations such as the Humane Society of Wilmington, First Tee of Greater Wilmington, Salvation Army of Cape Fear, and Habitat for Humanity. In his free time, Mason loves all the activities that come with living at the beach, including surfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, and exercising.
