Biography
Mason joined the Sun Coast Partners team as an intern in 2018. He has recently been elevated to a full Broker and Commercial Real Estate Advisor. In this role, he assists clients in finding suitable properties for their business needs. He also supports sellers in promoting their property to attract qualified buyers and helps determine the highest and best use for a property. Mason provides guidance on agreements and market prices, preparing contracts and helping coordinate the transfer of ownership of a property.
He works closely with a senior broker/partner, Don Harley, and together they’ve been awarded Circle of Distinction and Broker of the Month on several occasions. Mason is a native to North Carolina and moved to Wilmington before attending UNCW and subsequently graduating with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He also stays involved in the community through several organizations such as the Humane Society of Wilmington, First Tee of Greater Wilmington, Salvation Army of Cape Fear, and Habitat for Humanity. In his free time, Mason loves all the activities that come with living at the beach, including surfing, fishing, boating, kayaking and exercising.
