Biography
Ed Trice recently joined Sun Coast Partners in 2021. He has extensive experience in the software and hardware industry, including prior roles at SAS Institute in Cary, NC and Cisco Systems in the Research Triangle Park. Ed has a passion for serving clients and helping them to develop and execute on their visions. Ed holds a real estate license in the state of North Carolina and is an active member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA), Cape Fear Realtors Association (CFR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Ed graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and has an MBA from Capella University. His volunteer work includes Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina. Ed has four grown children and three grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them and their families. Ed lives in Wrightsville Beach with his wife and two pups, is an avid runner and enjoys training for and participating in marathons.
