Biography
Michael Barnes joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in 2024 as a member of the Property Management team. He brings a wealth of experience with 6 years in property management, where he oversaw many different property types, including HOAs and restaurants. Always up for a challenge, his positive attitude and knack for problem-solving are a great benefit to the SCPC team.
Originally from the Bronx in NYC, Michael grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC, attending Horry Georgetown Tech and studying networking before getting married in 2016 and moving to Denver, Colorado with his new wife, Candice.
In September of 2022, Michael, Candice, and their 2 young children moved back to the coast for Candice’s job as a Geotechnical Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers. The family enjoys spending time together, playing board games, and cheering on the NY Giants, Yankees, and Knicks.
